Easter Baking & Desserts
This is a hands-on class in which we will make some lovely, traditional Easter favourites including your very own hot cross buns ( you’ll never want a bought one again ! ) and traditional Simnel cake which is a lovely fruit cake with a layer of homemade marzipan in the middle and toasted marzipan on top.
Recipes will include:
Rhubarb & ginger scones
Hot cross buns
Chocolate and orange flourless cake
You will be making your own hot cross buns including making your own sweet dough from scratch and will have these to take home.
Tea and cake served .
