Baking Classics – Class Recipes

  • Fairy Cakes decorated with glacé icing and sprinkles
  • Buttermilk Scones
  • Belgian Chocolate Brownies
  • Victoria Sponge Cake filled with Jam and Fresh Cream

It’s hard to beat a delicious homemade sponge cake or scones fresh from the oven.

This action-packed class will have you making some wonderful Baking Classics including your own gorgeous Wee Buns and Victoria Sponge Cake filled with jam and fresh cream.

Join us and learn a variety of different baking techniques and pick up useful tips to last a lifetime .

You will make from scratch and decorate the Fairy Cakes, and Victoria Sponge Cake and will have both to take home.

The buttermilk scones and brownies will be demonstrated.

Class Cancellations

Cancellation - We appreciate that there will be circumstances whereby you will need to change the date of your booking, please give us as much notice as possible in order for us to refund or transfer your booking.

  • Bookings cancelled more than 21 days prior to the start of a course will be refunded or alternatively you may transfer to another date free of charge.
  • Bookings cancelled within 21 days of the date of a course are non-refundable and non-transferable, the only exception being if we are able to refill your place. If we are able to do so you may transfer to another date.
  • Refunds cannot be issued on any unattended classes without prior notice.
