A fun hands-on class for children in which they can get stuck in and bake some delicious classic recipes .
We will learn all about ingredients ( we only use real butter , free range eggs and proper vanilla )and techniques in this educational and fun class.
Recipes will include :
Fairy Cakes decorated with glacé icing and sprinkles
Chocolate chip cookies
Belgian Brownies with white chocolate chips
I will demonstrate all of the recipes and the children will each make and decorate from scratch a dozen fairy cakes and will have these to take home.
Suitable for children age 7 – 15 and for all levels including absolute beginners. Children must be able to work at a stand height kitchen surface unaided.
