A fun hands-on class for children with a focus on some lovely summer baking recipes .
Recipes will include:
- Whisked Sponge Cake filled with Strawberries & Cream
- Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream
- Mini Meringues
The children will each make their own sponge cake which they will fill with strawberries and cream and will have this to take home.
Suitable for children age 7 – 15. Suitable for all levels including absolute beginners. Children must be able to work unaided at a standard height kitchen surface
