Learn the techniques and pick up useful tips to make the most delicious sponge cakes, light as a feather Fairy Cakes and scones.

Each adult and child will make the Buttermilk Scones and between them will make a chocolate cake and buttercream. The fairy cakes are demonstration only. Suitable for children age 6 upwards. Price is £120 – £60 for each adult and £60 for each child.
