- Mince Pies with buttery shortcrust pastry and homemade mincemeat
- Sausage Rolls made with puff pastry
- Christmas Cake, iced with marzipan and sugar paste
You will make the mince pies including your own shortcrust pastry and sausage rolls. I will demonstrate the making and icing of the Christmas Cake.
Please Note: This class is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 2½ - 3 hours.
