We will be cooking some simple and delicious recipes in this hands-on class with a focus on using wonderful seasonal produce to make healthy, nutritious family meals. We will discuss ingredients and techniques and you will learn lots of skills and tips to bring your everyday cooking to a new level.

Tandoori-style Chicken

Pumpkin & Coconut Vegetable Curry and Basmati Rice

Selection of seasonal vegetables and sides

Seasonal Vegetable Soup

I will demonstrate all of the recipes from scratch and you will be making your own vegetarian curry and will have this to take home.

Mary Anne, just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed Saturday morning’s classic baking! You’ve inspired me to get some pastry cases prepared although the chances of entertaining are slim this year, but, we live in hope! Cake and scones were delicious!
