Seasonal produce is good for the soul, bursting with flavour and super nutritious.
I’m passionate about cooking with the seasons and in this cookery course we will be making the most of delicious seasonal produce to cook healthy, delicious dishes focusing on vegetables and fruits in season.
This is a relaxed, informal class, you will be rolling up your sleeves to do a bit of cooking yourself and we will all sit down to a delicious lunch.
We will discuss ingredients and techniques and you will learn lots of skills and tips to bring your everyday cooking to a new level.
It’s hard to beat anything picked straight from the garden for freshness and taste and in this class you will learn about what’s in season throughout the year and what to look for when buying fruit and vegetables.
Each month has it’s own delights even in winter.
I will be demonstrating a variety of dishes from scratch including a soup, a selection of salads and dressings, a main course, vegetable dishes even a dessert or two according to the season.
