This is a hands-on class focusing on some of the lovely traditional Irish baking handed down by generations of women who baked every day.
I will demonstrate a number of recipes including:
- Soda farls cooked on a griddle
- Potato bread
- Wheaten bread,
- Apple tart made with shortcrust pastry and Bramley Apples
- Treacle scones
You will be making the soda farls and wheaten bread and will have these to take home.
