You will master a variety of baking skills and techniques, from the best buttery shortcrust pastry to a melt-in-the-mouth marshmallowy pavlova, in this hands-on autumnal baking class.

Learn how to make a Créme Anglaise and caramel which will form the base of a delicious ice cream and wonderfully light apple & cinnamon scones.

  • Pavlova with Poached Pears

  • Apple & Cinnamon Scones

We will be using lovely local pears and apples in this winter baking class.

You will be making your own mini Pear and Almond Tarts ( these are made with frangipane) with homemade pastry that is prepared for you. And the Apple & Cinnamon Scones and will have both to take home.
