Learn how to make a Créme Anglaise and caramel which will form the base of a delicious ice cream and wonderfully light apple & cinnamon scones.

We will be using lovely local pears and apples in this winter baking class.
You will be making your own mini Pear and Almond Tarts ( these are made with frangipane) with homemade pastry that is prepared for you. And the Apple & Cinnamon Scones and will have both to take home.
