Reopening September 2020
It’s been a challenging few months for everyone since the Coronavirus pandemic took hold. But now that lockdown measures are being eased; I’m looking forward to welcoming customers of old and new customers through our doors at the Cookery School.
We certainly haven’t been idle over the last few months. We’ve been busy designing new classes, sharing recipes with our many fans on social media and producing our new series of recipe e-books, which have been selling like proverbial hotcakes!

We have also used the time to prepare for our reopening. While it’s not new to us to have stringent hygiene procedures in place in the kitchen, recent developments have seen us enhance our processes for the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.
We’re Good To Go, Offical Mark
Among the many new systems in place, we will be operating with smaller numbers for the time being to maintain a 1m social distance in classes. In recognition of this, we’ve been awarded the ‘We’re Good To Go’ official UK mark to signal that Wee Buns Cookery School has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Cooking and Baking Courses
With these enhanced measures in place, I’m delighted that we’ll be welcoming guests back to the cookery school from September.
We’ve introduced a few new courses this year. Our Bramley Apple Baking & Orchard Visit and Adult & Child Baking classes will appeal to a range of people. And retaining firm favourites such as our Traditional Irish Baking and Cake Making & Decorating classes are sure to be popular.

What hasn’t changed though is our focus on using the best possible ingredients, making the most of fantastic Northern Irish produce and cooking with the seasons!
Our culinary courses are suitable for all levels. And we offer a range of hands-on and demonstration classes from seasonal cooking to children’s baking classes. So, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned cook, there’s a class to suit everyone at Wee Buns.
Catering for both adults and children, our fun and relaxed classes are held in a modern, purpose-built kitchen and in small groups.
Our aim is simple…to improve your cooking skills and inspire you to get cooking and baking at home.
