We provide everything you need on the day including aprons and boxes to take your baking home in. All you need to do is show up!
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing.
All participants should wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes.
We aim to start all of our courses on time, so we appreciate every effort you make not to be late. Showing up 10-15 minutes before the course starts is ideal and will give you plenty of time to get settled and ready to bake.
Our workshops are packed with as much baking and cooking as we can possibly fit into them, so starting on time is crucial.
If you are late, please be aware that the class may have started and you may have missed essential elements.
All of our classes are appropriate for both novice home bakers as well as those who are more advanced.
Yes, you’ll receive a booklet containing all of the recipes you used during the course which you’ll be able to take home with you.
If it’s more than 21 days before the start of your course, we will happily transfer you to another course date, subject to availability, without cost.
You may also request a refund up to 21 days before the start of the course you have booked.
If you wish to reschedule your course within 21 days of the start date, we will accommodate you, however a processing fee of £15 will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 21 days of your course, you will forfeit your course fees. If we are able to resell your place, we will reimburse you with your course fee minus a processing fee of £15; however, if we are unable to resell your place, you will not be reimbursed.
If a person that is booked on a course fails to attend for any reason, they will not be entitled to a refund or a rebooking of another course.
