Meet the Chef Behind Wee Buns Cookery School

Hello, I’m Mary-Anne, the founder and instructor at Wee Buns Cookery School. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland, just outside the village of Moy in Co. Tyrone, I offer hands-on baking and cooking classes.

With over 25 years of professional cooking experience, I had a love of cooking from an early age. After earning a degree in business and travelling for a few years, I followed my heart to become a chef.

I trained professionally in one of Ireland’s most respected cookery schools and went on to work in several prestigious restaurants, including Michelin-starred kitchens in Belfast and London.

My classes focus on baking and seasonal cooking, using the finest local, organic, and seasonal produce.
