Hello, I’m Mary Anne, the founder and instructor at Wee Buns Cookery School. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland, just outside the village of Moy in Co. Tyrone, I offer hands-on baking and cooking classes.
With over 25 years of professional cooking experience. I trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork and worked in several prestigious restaurants, including Michelin restaurants and the world-renowned River Café in London.
My classes focus on baking and seasonal cooking, using the finest local, organic, and seasonal produce.
