This is an action packed hands-on class in which we will bake some lovely spring time recipes .
We will look at a variety of baking techniques in this class including how to make your own shortcrust pastry . Making a cake using the all in one method and the creaming method and how to make wonderfully light and delicious fruit scones .
Recipes to include:
Lemon poppyseed cake
Victoria Sponge filled with homemade jam and fresh cream
Rhubarb & Ginger Scones
You will be making your own Victoria Sponge Cake and will have this to take home.
